Ready to build on your basics? In Level 1, you’ll start linking moves together, learn beginner climbs, spins, and transitions, and begin exploring flow and combos. This is where strength, confidence, and style start to come together.

Cancellation Policy
Class Booking & Waitlist Policy All class bookings will close 1 hour and 30 mins before the class start time. If you’re looking to join a class within that window, feel free to text us to inquire. 📋 Class full? No worries! You’ll have the option to join the waitlist directly through the booking system. If a spot opens up, we’ll notify you ASAP. Class Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all our students, we kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made 4 or more hours in advance will result in a full credit being returned to your account, which can be used toward a future class. If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before class or you do not attend, the class credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.
