Ready to move with confidence and grace? Intro to Pole Flow is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to explore fluid movement on the pole in a fun, supportive environment. Designed with beginners in mind, this class focuses on the fundamentals of flowing from one movement to the next. You’ll learn simple transitions, beginner-friendly spins, body movement, and how to connect everything together to create smooth, effortless combinations. No experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to pole or looking to feel more comfortable moving around the pole, this class will help you build confidence, improve coordination, and discover your own unique style—one flow at a time.

Cancellation Policy
CLASS BOOKING, WAITLIST & CANCELLATION POLICY CLASS BOOKING • All class bookings close 1 hour and 30 minutes before class start time • Last-minute availability requests must be sent to poleparadisestudios@gmail.com • Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received WAITLIST POLICY • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through our booking system • Wix waitlist invite code: MHGOC4 • If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically notified and added to the class once confirmed • If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself so others may have the opportunity RESCHEDULES • Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 2 hours prior to class start time • Reschedule requests made within 2 hours of class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and incur a $10 fee • Any additional changes after the complimentary reschedule require a new booking at full price • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeited participation with no refund or reschedule LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW FEES • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid fees • Cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee • No-call / no-show will incur a $15 fee • These policies are in place to keep scheduling fair and to allow waitlisted students the opportunity to attend CANCELLATIONS, CREDITS & REFUNDS • All sales are final • All class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for late cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows • Class packs and bookings may not be shared • Any studio-issued credit is valid for 30 days from the date issued STUDIO POLICIES & REMINDERS • The studio may cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances • If this occurs, students will be offered a reschedule option • Please check your email regularly for booking confirmations and class updates
