Intro to Pole New to pole? This is the perfect place to start! Our Intro to Pole class is designed for absolute beginners—no experience needed. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole movement, including basic spins, walks, grips, and transitions, all at a comfortable pace. This class focuses on building strength, confidence, and proper technique while helping you feel empowered and supported. Come discover the joy of pole and start your journey toward confidence, connection, and flow!

Cancellation Policy
Class Booking, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy At Pole Paradise Dance Studio, we value everyone’s time and want to ensure all students have a fair chance to enjoy class. Please review our updated policies below. Class Booking All class bookings close 1 hour and 30 minutes before the class start time. If you would like to join last-minute, email us at poleparadisestudios@gmail.com to check for availability. Your spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through our booking system. If a spot opens, you will be automatically notified and added to the class once confirmed. If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself so others may join. Reschedules & Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class start time. Each student receives one complimentary reschedule per booking, if requested at least 4 hours before class starts. Any additional changes after the complimentary reschedule will require booking a new class at full price. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited with no refund or reschedule. Cancellations, Credits & Refunds All sales are final. All class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows. Classes and class packs cannot be shared. If a credit is issued at studio discretion, it will be valid for 30 days from the date it is granted. Studio Policies & Reminders Pole Paradise Dance Studio may cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered a reschedule option. Please check your email for booking confirmations and class updates.
