Flex Appeal (Intermediate) Get ready to bend, twist, and extend your limits in Flex Appeal — a flexibility-focused pole class designed to help you achieve those beautiful, bendy moves on the pole! This class blends targeted stretching, conditioning, and on-the-pole flexibility training to help you safely work toward deep backbends, splits, and other dynamic, flexible tricks. This is not a beginner class — participants should have a solid foundation in pole and a working knowledge of inverts. You’ll spend time both on and off the pole refining your mobility, control, and alignment as you explore how to apply your flexibility to shapes, transitions, and combos. Come stretch, strengthen, and show off your flex appeal — right on the pole!

Cancellation Policy
Class Booking, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy At Pole Paradise Dance Studio, we value everyone’s time and want to ensure all students have a fair chance to enjoy class. Please review our updated policies below. Class Booking All class bookings close 1 hour and 30 minutes before the class start time. If you would like to join last-minute, email us at poleparadisestudios@gmail.com to check for availability. Your spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through our booking system. If a spot opens, you will be automatically notified and added to the class once confirmed. If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself so others may join. Reschedules You can reschedule your class through your Wix account up to 1 hour before the class starts. Each student receives one complimentary reschedule per booking. Additional changes will require a new booking at full price. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited with no refund or reschedule. Cancellations, Credits & Refunds All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows. Classes are non-transferable and cannot be shared. If a credit is issued at studio discretion, it will be valid for 30 days from the date it is granted. Studio Policies & Reminders Pole Paradise Dance Studio may cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered a reschedule option. Please check your email for booking confirmations and class updates.
