Cancellation Policy

Guest Instructor & Touring Artist Workshop Policy 1. No Refunds or Transfers Due to the nature of guest bookings, all sales are final for workshops hosted by guest instructors. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. 2. Limited Capacity These sessions often have limited spots to ensure a high-quality experience. Early registration is encouraged. Once full, no additional spots will be opened. 3. Artist Cancellations In the rare case that the guest instructor cancels due to travel issues, illness, or emergencies, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date (if available). 4. Filming & Photography These workshops may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If the guest instructor has specific filming restrictions, we will communicate them in advance. Participants may take personal photos/videos during designated times only. Filming the full workshop or routine without permission is prohibited. 5. Professional Conduct As with all studio events, respectful behavior is expected. Any inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund. 6. Safety & Liability Participation is at your own risk. All attendees must sign a waiver prior to participating in any workshop. Instructors reserve the right to modify or restrict participation if safety is a concern. Pole Paradise is not liable for any injuries sustained during workshops. Please consult a physician before participating in physical activity.
