Starting May 1, 2026 we will require a card on file for all bookings.
Due to the intimate size of our studio and our often lengthy waitlists, this policy helps ensure that spots don’t go unused and gives everyone a fair chance to attend class.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so at least 2 hours before class start time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged a $15 fee.
This policy applies to all patrons, including those using class packs.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us make the most of each class and accommodate as many students as possible.

CLASS BOOKING, WAITLIST & CANCELLATION POLICY
CLASS BOOKING
• All class bookings close 1 hour and 30 minutes before class start time
• Last-minute availability requests must be sent to poleparadisestudios@gmail.com
• Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received
WAITLIST POLICY
• If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through our booking system
• Wix waitlist invite code: MHGOC4
• If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically notified and added to the class once confirmed
• If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself so others may have the opportunity
RESCHEDULES
• Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 2 hours prior to class start time
• Reschedule requests made within 2 hours of class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and incur a $10 fee
• Any additional changes after the complimentary reschedule require a new booking at full price
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeited participation with no refund or reschedule
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW FEES

CANCELLATIONS, CREDITS & REFUNDS
• All sales are final
• All class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable
• No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for late cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows
• Class packs and bookings may not be shared
• Any studio-issued credit is valid for 30 days from the date issued
STUDIO POLICIES & REMINDERS
• The studio may cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances
• If this occurs, students will be offered a reschedule option
• Please check your email regularly for booking confirmations and class updates

Birthday? Bachelorette? Just feelin’ yourself? We throw pole parties for any reason to celebrate. Our party instructors are trained for one thing: FUN—with sass, laughs, and unforgettable moves. Oh, and yes—we bring the bubbly. 🥂
STUDIO RENTALS
Want the studio all to yourself? Book a private rental and enjoy your own space to practice, create, or vibe out—no sharing, no distractions, just you and the pole.
VIDEOSHOOTS
Ready to film your next big project? Rent the studio for your video shoot and bring your crew—or leave it to us! If you don’t have a videographer or makeup artist, we work with amazing vendors who’ll bring your vision to life.
